English Teachers Wanted - Short-Term & Long-Term Opportunities

Veritas Education is currently recruiting passionate and dedicated English Teachers to work in a variety of secondary schools across Bury and the surrounding areas. We have a range of day-to-day, short-term and long-term assignments available, with immediate starts and roles to suit both experienced teachers and ECTs.

The Role:
  • Teaching English Language and Literature across Key Stages 3 and 4
  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons
  • Assessing and monitoring student progress
  • Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Building strong relationships with students and staff
    • Requirements:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching English within secondary schools
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
  • A passion for helping students achieve their potential
