Start: ASAP (from May Half Term) Long-Term Temporary Position

Pay £165-£250 p/day

A well-regarded secondary school in Redcar, ideally located close to the coast, is seeking a committed and enthusiastic English Teacher to join their team on a full-time, long-term temporary basis, starting as soon as possible after May Half Term.

The Role

  • Deliver engaging English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
  • Inspire a love of literature and language in a diverse student cohort
  • Plan, assess, and track pupil progress effectively
  • Work collaboratively within a supportive English department

    • The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching English to GCSE level
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • A positive, proactive approach to teaching and learning
  • DBS on the update service (we can support if required)
