Are you an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to gain valuable experience, build your confidence, and find the right school to begin your teaching career?

We are partnering with a number of friendly, supportive primary schools across Leeds and the surrounding areas, all looking to welcome enthusiastic and motivated ECTs into their classrooms.

Whether you're seeking day-to-day supply, short-term placements, or the opportunity to secure a longer-term role, we can help you find a position that suits your goals while providing the support you need as you take the next step in your teaching career.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Delivering engaging and creative lessons that inspire a love of learning.
  • Creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
  • Building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
  • Assessing and monitoring pupil progress, celebrating achievements and supporting development.
  • Working collaboratively with experienced colleagues who can help you grow and develop as a teacher.

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or teachers due to complete their training this year.
  • A genuine passion for primary education and helping children achieve their potential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A flexible and positive approach to teaching and learning.
  • Enthusiasm, resilience, and a willingness to learn and develop.
