About the Role

We're looking for a Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner to join a vibrant, busy nursery with spacious rooms and large outdoor learning environments. You'll be part of a dedicated team committed to providing exceptional care and inspiring learning experiences for children aged 0-5.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Creating a warm, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children can thrive

  • Planning and delivering engaging activities that support early development

  • Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues

  • Supporting the room leader and contributing to the smooth running of the room

  • Ensuring safeguarding, health, and safety standards are consistently met

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)

  • A positive, enthusiastic, and proactive approach

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
