    • ???? About the Role

    As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support children aged 3-5 in their early development
  • Assist with play‑based learning, phonics, and early numeracy
  • Work closely with class teachers and SEN staff
  • Help create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
  • Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents

  • Experience working with children in Early Years (school, nursery, or childcare setting)
  • A warm, patient, and proactive approach
  • A genuine passion for supporting young learners
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
