Veritas Education is working in partnership with a welcoming 1 form entry primary school in Islington to recruit an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant with an Early Years qualification to support within the EYFS setting.

This role is based within a primary school, meaning shorter working hours compared to nursery settings, and offers the opportunity to work as part of a supportive and close-knit team.

The Role:

  • Supporting pupils within Early Years (EYFS)

  • Acting as a qualified Level 3 practitioner for ratio purposes

  • Supporting learning through play and structured activities

  • Assisting the class teacher with daily routines and observations

  • Helping to create a safe, nurturing and engaging learning environment

    • The Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds a Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential for ratio)

  • Has previous experience working in an EYFS setting

  • Confident working within a primary school environment

  • Warm, reliable and proactive
