About the Role

As a Qualified Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting young children during their most important developmental years. You will:

  • Support children's learning, development, and emotional well-being

  • Deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS

  • Work flexibly across a variety of welcoming early years settings

  • Collaborate with experienced, supportive, and high-quality staff teams

  • Build positive, trusting relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

    • Requirements

    To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum Level 2 qualification in Childcare / Early Years Education

  • A genuine passion for working with young children

  • Previous experience working in an early years or nursery setting

  • A caring, enthusiastic, and nurturing approach

  • Flexibility and reliability for supply-based work
