Early Years Practitioner / Nursery Assistant

We're recruiting for welcoming and well-established nurseries across Newcastle and are looking for Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Practitioners, as well as unqualified candidates with previous nursery or early years experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join supportive teams where children are at the heart of everything they do. You'll play an important role in helping little ones learn, develop confidence, and achieve key milestones, all while working in a positive environment where your hard work is recognised and appreciated.

What we're looking for:

  • Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years, or previous nursery experience
  • A caring, enthusiastic, and reliable attitude
  • A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
