Early Years Practitioner - Long-Term Nursery Role | Burnley

Are you a nurturing, enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner looking for a rewarding long-term opportunity in a welcoming nursery setting?

We are currently working with a lovely nursery in Burnley that is seeking a dedicated and caring Early Years Practitioner to join their team on a long-term basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young children's learning, development and well being during those crucial early years.

The Role:

  • Supporting children aged 0-5 years within the nursery setting
  • Creating a safe, engaging and stimulating learning environment
  • Assisting with planning and delivering age-appropriate activities
  • Encouraging children's social, emotional and educational development
  • Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
  • Supporting daily routines, including personal care where required
  • Contributing to observations and assessments in line with the EYFS framework

    • The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Experience working within a nursery or Early Years setting
  • A Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (preferred)
  • A sound understanding of the EYFS framework
  • A patient, caring and enthusiastic approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A genuine passion for helping children thrive
