  • Supporting children's learning through play, creativity, and structured activities
  • Helping to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment
  • Encouraging independence, confidence, and social development
  • Assisting with daily routines and contributing to a smooth-running setting
  • Working closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality care
  • Building strong relationships with children and families
  • What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience working in a nursery or Early Years setting (essential)
  • A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development
  • A positive, hands-on approach and willingness to learn
  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • An interest in developing your career in Early Years (qualifications can be supported)
  • Understanding of safeguarding is desirable, but training can be provided
