Your Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will help create a safe, stimulating, and caring environment where children can confidently learn through play and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support creative, play-based learning activities both indoors and outdoors
  • Encourage children's development, independence, and wellbeing
  • Assist with observations and learning journeys
  • Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues
  • Follow safeguarding procedures and nursery policies at all times

    • What We're Looking For

  • Qualified (Level 2/3) or unqualified with relevant childcare experience
  • A caring, patient, and positive attitude
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic understanding of EYFS and safeguarding, or willingness to learn
