We are looking for a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team in the 3 to 4 age room. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support young children's development in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 3 to 4.
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote learning across all areas of development.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for all children.
  • Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and team members.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a supportive learning atmosphere.

    • Requirements:

  • At least a Level 2 Early Years Practitioner qualification or above, such as:
  • BIIAB Level 2 Diploma for the Early Years Practitioner
  • City & Guilds Level 2 Diploma for the Early Years Practitioner (England)
  • Level 2 Diploma for the Early Years Practitioner
  • NCFE CACHE Level 2 Diploma for the Early Years Practitioner
  • BTEC Level 2 Diploma in Children's Play, Learning and Development (Early Years Practitioner)
  • Pearson BTEC Level 2 Diploma for Early Years Practitioners
  • Skillsfirst Level 2 Diploma for the Early Years Practitioner (RQF)
  • TQUK Level 2 Diploma for the Early Years Practitioner (RQF)
  • Highfield Level 2 Diploma for Early Years Practitioners (England) (RQF)
  • Level 2 Diploma in Early Years Practitioner
  • Previous experience working with young children is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for supporting children's growth and development.
