About the Role:

Our client is on the lookout for a fun and enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join their vibrant Montessori setting in Roundhay! If you're passionate about fostering independence and a love for learning in children, this is the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide engaging, Montessori-style care for children aged 0-5
  • Support children's emotional and social development through interactive play
  • Work with a fantastic team to create a nurturing environment
  • Build positive relationships with kids, parents, and your teammates
  • Plan and implement exciting Montessori activities

    • What We're Looking For:

  • A Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
  • Experience in a Montessori or similar setting (advantageous)
  • A proactive and positive attitude
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
