  • Experience working in Early Years (nursery, preschool, childcare, or EYFS)

  • A positive, proactive, and nurturing approach

  • Reliability and confidence working across different nursery teams

  • A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development

  • Flexibility to work part time across multiple settings

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification is highly desirable
