Job Overview:We are seeking a caring and energetic Nursery Nurse to join our early years team in Padiham, Burnley. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for young children, helping to support their early development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with young children (ages 0-5), supporting their physical, social, and emotional development.
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Monitor and assess children's progress, ensuring they meet developmental milestones.
  • Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for the children.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and inclusive learning environment.

    • Requirements:

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
  • Experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
  • A caring and patient nature with a passion for working with children.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
