About the Role

Are you a passionate Level 2 or Level 3+ qualified Early Years Practitioner looking for flexible work in the Wakefield area? Veritas Education is recruiting dedicated practitioners to support a range of welcoming and supportive nursery settings across Wakefield.

This role offers a flexible shift pattern, allowing you to work around your availability while making a meaningful difference in children's early development. You'll help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, play, and thrive.

What We're Looking For

  • A full and relevant Level 2 or Level 3+ Early Years qualification

  • Experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting

  • A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures

  • A positive, caring, and reliable approach to supporting children's development

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Flexibility and a proactive attitude to working across different settings when required
