Supply Early Years Practitioner - Wakefield Working in partnership with Veritas Education Leeds

Are you passionate about giving young children the best start in life? Veritas Education Leeds is looking for enthusiastic and flexible Supply Early Years Practitioners to support nurseries and early years settings across Wakefield.

About the Role You'll be working across a variety of early years environments, supporting children aged 0-5 with their learning, play and development. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in new settings, and is confident building positive relationships with children and staff. You'll help deliver engaging activities, follow EYFS guidelines, and create a safe, nurturing environment where every child can flourish.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience working in Early Years (nursery, preschool or reception)

  • A positive, proactive attitude and strong communication skills

  • Knowledge of the EYFS, safeguarding and child development

  • Flexibility to work across different settings

  • Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (desirable)
