What We're Looking For:
✔️ Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent) ✔️ Passion for Montessori education and outdoor learning ✔️ A nurturing, enthusiastic, and child-centred approach ✔️ Knowledge of EYFS and best practices in early years education
Your Role:
???? Create engaging, child-led learning experiences using Montessori principles ???? Support children's development through nature and outdoor exploration ???? Help maintain a warm, family-like atmosphere for children, families, and staff ???? Work collaboratively as part of a passionate and dedicated team
