Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and educational activities that support children's development. You will work closely with a team of professionals to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all our children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Childcare & Education:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities.
  • Observe, monitor, and assess children's progress, maintaining thorough records.
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive atmosphere that encourages each child's individual growth.
  • Forest School Program:

  • Actively participate in our Forest School sessions, guiding children in outdoor learning experiences.
  • Promote environmental stewardship and a love of nature through hands-on activities.
  • Family Support:

  • Develop strong, positive relationships with parents and caregivers.
  • Provide regular updates on children's progress and address any concerns.
  • Staff Development & Wellbeing:

  • Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative workplace culture focused on staff wellbeing.
  • Participate in staff meetings and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Qualifications & Experience:

  • Level 3 Early Years Qualification or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting.
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Passion for early childhood education and outdoor learning.
