Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons in Design and Food Technology to students in Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Develop innovative curriculum materials and projects that enhance students' understanding and skills.
  • Foster a positive learning environment with effective classroom management techniques.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall curriculum and promote cross-curricular links.

    • Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is desirable but not essential.
  • Proven experience teaching Design and Food Technology in a secondary school.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • A commitment to promoting student creativity and practical skills.
