Are you a passionate and resilient Design & Technology teacher looking to make a meaningful impact? We are seeking a dedicated DT Secondary Teacher to join a supportive SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) school in Wandsworth on a full-time basis, starting as soon as possible.

This is a rewarding opportunity to work with students who benefit from a nurturing, structured environment and a creative, hands-on curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and differentiated DT lessons across the secondary age range
  • Support students with SEMH needs, promoting positive behaviour and emotional development
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
  • Work collaboratively with support staff and the wider school team
  • Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
  • Valid Child and Adult DBS - essential
  • Strong behaviour management skills and a patient, adaptable approach
  • Previous experience in an SEMH setting - desirable but not essential
