Your Role:

As the Director - Technical Lead - Human Capital Management System (HCMS) you will oversee the development and execution of integration strategies, quality assurance protocols, data strategies, and automation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all aspects of integration and data management are executed seamlessly and meet our high standards for quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement robust integration strategies and plans to ensure smooth and effective integration of new systems and processes with existing infrastructures.
  • Lead quality assurance efforts to ensure that all project deliverables meet rigorous standards and best practices, including establishing quality assurance (QA) frameworks and supporting all project teams, including integration, to execute and validate thorough testing.
  • Create and execute comprehensive data strategies and plans to effectively manage data, support analytics, and drive business decisions.
  • Oversee the deployment of process automation solutions to optimise processes, increase efficiency, and reduce manual tasks.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of approved scope.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements, address concerns, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify potential risks associated with integration, data management, and quality assurance, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
  • Consult and collaborate with all appropriate areas of the Department, including Human Resources and Information & Technologies Branch to ensure alignment with Departmental strategies and standards and suitability of final solutions for operational handover.

About You

You will have demonstrated:

  • Extensive experience in project management, integration strategy, quality assurance, data management, and process automation.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills with a proven ability to deliver complex projects successfully. Previous experience in a senior leadership role is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency with project management tools, quality assurance methodologies, data management systems, and process automation platforms.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex situations, identify risks, and develop effective solutions.

Possession of a tertiary qualification in the information and communication technology discipline would be highly desirable.
