The Director of Marketing and Communications reports to the Head of Operations and works closely with the Principal to lead the School’s strategic brand, digital and engagement agenda.
The Director of Marketing and Communications provides dynamic, expert leadership of the School’s marketing, communications, events and enrolments functions in a collaborative, data-informed and values-aligned manner. With oversight of strategy and operations, the role enhances Meriden’s reputation and enrolment pipeline through compelling storytelling, brand alignment, and sector-leading digital engagement.
The successful candidate will develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to enhance the School’s reputation while ensuring messaging supports the Christian ethos of Meriden.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that ensures consistent messaging across all platforms while supporting the Christian ethos of Meriden
- Lead the strategic development and execution of data-driven digital recruitment and engagement strategies to optimise the enrolment pipeline.
- Apply data analytics and up to date market research to inform strategic and tactical decision-making
- Lead digital marketing, CRM, content, and enrolment funnel optimisation
- Establish a framework for measuring marketing effectiveness by defining key performance indicators and creating actionable dashboards for stakeholders
- Inspire and lead high-performing staff with clarity and creativity
Offered as an ongoing full time position with a negotiable start date (preferably asap), applicants must have suitable qualifications in a relevant field of study, 5 years’ experience in a similar role, the right to work in Australia and demonstrate a commitment to the Christian ethos of the School.
