  • Develop, review, and approve communications and project briefs, ensuring clarity, consistency, and transparency.
  • Work closely with school leadership teams to understand their specific requirements and ensure that infrastructure projects are tailored to meet those needs.
  • Ensure that effective change management processes and practices are followed, including the identification of risks, challenges, and strategies to mitigate them.
  • Monitor project performance and report on progress to senior management, providing recommendations for improvements as necessary.

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in project management, particularly within educational settings or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience in change management processes and methodologies.
  • Expertise in engaging and managing internal and external stakeholders, including school leadership, parents, and local community groups.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timelines are adhered to.
  • Experience in community consultation and working with diverse groups to gather feedback and ensure alignment with local needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex and sensitive situations.

Knowledge Required:

  • A strong understanding of school functions and operations, including the diverse requirements that schools need to function effectively.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure requirements and how these align with educational and operational goals.
  • In-depth knowledge of change management processes and how to effectively implement them in complex, dynamic environments.
  • Experience with the unique challenges and needs of educational institutions when undergoing change.
