Your Responsibilities
As the Director, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Develop and implement frameworks, systems and processes to ensure effective implementation of government priorities, ensuring consistency, continuity and quality of departmental strategic and operational planning, service design, business review, portfolio, program and project management, reporting, performance and risk management.
- Lead a range of activities to develop, implement, maintain and review a variety of initiatives designed to support the specific goals and objectives of the project management office.
- Consult with executive and senior management to identify and define the processes, procedures and practices needed to achieve transformation and deliver the planned benefits.
- Lead the identification of potential risks and issues and develop innovative strategies and solutions that support the implementation of customer and employee focussed Human Resources transformation.
