The Role:

The successful candidate will lead the ongoing development of key strategies related to Digital and Virtual Learning ensuring alignment to the Department's strategic direction, and lead project lead governance and quality assurance processes of the Digital and Virtual Learning unit, to support the delivery of future focussed learning for students.

The role requires a high degree of leadership, management and accountability for the delivery of project outcomes (including advice, resources and professional learning for teachers, school and systems), project governance, and communication, and presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to equity and excellence through the delivery of digital and virtual learning projects.

About You:

A high degree of strategic thinking, excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, and the ability to quality assure correspondence, advice, resources, professional learning materials and project documentation.  The ideal candidate will have background and experience in supporting the capability development of teachers, delivering quality resources to support system leaders, school leaders and teachers state-wide.
