About the Role

This Deputy Principal role leads special education and inclusion as part of an experienced and high performing team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Deputise for the Principal when required.
  • Uphold the deputy principalship as a values based, ethical and moral activity.
  • Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
  • Set high standards for student and staff performance.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate the following key attributes and skills:

  • Experience and expertise with data informed, socially just practices;
  • Strong relational capacity and instructional leadership skills;
  • Ability to communicate and lead a multi-disciplinary team.
