Your Role:

As Deputy Principal, you will contribute to shaping the future of education at Southport Special School. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with colleagues to implement evidence-based teaching and learning programs.
  • Utilising student data to drive continuous improvement and personalised learning strategies.
  • Supporting a positive school culture through the promotion of explicit teaching, the Science of Reading, and Positive Behaviour for Learning.
