Rosewood SHS has a strong focus on curriculum and pedagogy implementation in 2025, and our Leadership Team works together to support each other to ensure all students are given the best possible opportunity to experience success.
About the Role
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Whole school implementation of the Australian Curriculum V9, including enhancement of staff capability to support this agenda;
- Implementation of whole school literacy and reading process, which includes development of the scope and sequences, quality assurance and professional development opportunities for staff, and
- Collaborative planning days;
- Professional Learning Communities;
- Actively engage stakeholders in the educational process, ensuring open communication and collaboration to create a culture of belonging;
- Contribute to the strategic vision of the school, working closely with the Principal and leadership team to ensure alignment of curriculum, pedagogy and values Achievement, Respect & Effort.
