About the Role:
Responsibilities include, but not limited to;
- Provide educational leadership to improve teaching quality and student achievement.
- Support the Principal in developing and implementing the school's strategic vision.
- Lead initiatives that promote inclusive education and wellbeing.
- Manage school operations, resources, and compliance requirements.
- Build strong partnerships with parents, community organisations, and external agencies.
- Drive professional development and performance improvement for staff.
- Deputise for the Principal when required.
Highly desirable skills and experience:
- Experience implementing trauma-informed practices and student wellbeing programs.
- Background in innovative teaching strategies and digital learning.
- Familiarity with data-driven decision-making for school improvement.
- Previous leadership in inclusive education or special needs programs.
- Ability to foster community partnerships and extracurricular engagement.
