Who We Are:
Kenmore State High School is a highly regarded school in the western suburbs of Brisbane.
Founded in 1972, the school has grown to an enrolment of over 2000 students at the commencement of 2025.

Continue the Behaviour Boost investment to drive capability and support for our school. This will rely on you to enhance student outcomes in curriculum, teaching and learning, school attendance (educational achievement); and strengthen school practices in behaviour and social emotional support (belonging and engagement) in alignment to system procedure and policy responsive to student behaviours (and occupational violence).
- Strengthen the implementation of inclusive teaching and learning and student support practices to achieve equity and excellence. You will do this by organising behaviour, wellbeing, engagement, and learning supports so that every student gets what they need without overloading teachers or support staff.
- Your aim is to create systems that are aligned, leading to fewer behaviours, calmer classrooms, stronger attendance, higher engagement and improved educational achievement for ALL.
- Your work will reduce workload for teachers and leaders by removing duplication, clarifying who does what, simplifying referrals to support and intervention, and creating predictable processes.
- Your work will also make school operations easier, not more complex, to support the work of teachers and leaders for students.
- Design and implement a practical, evidence-informed Blueprint outlining a 9-12 month action plan with measurable outcomes that strengthens Tier 1-3 supports and aligns with the Department of Education's Behaviour Boost priorities for improved behaviour, attendance, belonging and engagement and educational achievement for all students.
- You will do this by working with and through our school community stakeholders including leaders, staff, students and parents.
