Your opportunity
The key focus areas of the Deputy Principal (Junior Secondary) role include:
- Curriculum leadership and improvement across teaching and learning
- Leading and supporting Heads of Department to drive consistent instructional practice
- Instructional coaching and staff capability development
- Data-informed school improvement and decision-making
- Strengthening Junior Secondary transition and community partnerships
- Embedding a culture of high expectations for learning, wellbeing and achievement
