About the Role:

Responsibilities include, but not limited to;

  • Support and deputise for the Principal in leading a shared vision focused on high-quality learning outcomes for all students.
  • Model ethical, values-based leadership and embed inclusive, socially just practices.
  • Maintain high standards for student achievement and staff performance.
  • Build strong partnerships with families, agencies, community, and industry while engaging in ongoing professional learning.
  • Demonstrate strategic, future-focused leadership with sound knowledge of legislation and effective resource management.
