The Deputy Principal (Senior School) is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for leading the strategic direction, innovation, and day-to-day operations of the Senior School (Years 10-12). This role focuses on ensuring every student is engaged in meaningful learning and supported to achieve successful post-school pathways.
As a new and growing school, this is an exciting opportunity for an innovative leader to help shape and establish a contemporary Senior School within a developing community.
The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in building systems, structures, and a culture that reflects high expectations, strong relationships, and future-focused learning.
This role offers the rare chance to design and embed senior schooling practices from the ground up.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist the Principal to lead the school community to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
- Deputise for the Principal when required.
- Uphold the deputy principalship as a values based, ethical and moral activity.
- Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
- Set high standards for student and staff performance.
