About the Role
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- In your role, you will be at the forefront of implementing systems of support for student engagement to maximise learning days for all students.
- A sharp focus on academic improvement, particularly in English and mathematics, will be a key measure of success of the position, evidenced by relative gain of every student.
- Productive partnerships with early childhood providers, secondary schools, parents/carers and other agencies will ensure a positive transition into and through school for each individual student and this will be a core accountability of the Partnerships Initiative Deputy Principal.
- A deep understanding of trauma informed practice and evidence of process driven impact are desired attributes of the successful candidate.
- Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork are essential capabilities for the role.
