About the Role

As Deputy Principal you will lead a shared educational vision focused on providing quality teaching and learning outcomes for all students. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Attendance strategy
  • Communication and engagement plan
  • Sponsorship Strategy
  • PBL schoolwide strategy
  • Website management
  • Share point strategy
  • BYOX strategy and digital pedagogies
  • Senior Schooling Strategy
  • QCAA manager
  • Strategic leadership and management of HOD Arts, English and Humanities
  • Engage Curriculum HODs to develop strategies to build staff capability to improve student performance
  • Assure Curriculum HODs are leading the implementation of a guaranteed and viable curriculum for students in all subjects
  • Lead Curriculum HODs to increase capacity of teachers to improve inclusion and performance of all students in their subjects
