About the Role

Role number one:

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Year 7-9 class compositions
  • Year 7-9 behaviour
  • Junior Certificate of Education tracking and attainment
  • Aspire Program
  • Reading Task Team
  • Flexi- Space
  • Year 6 into 7 transition system
  • NAPLAN
  • Internal relief
  • Timetable maintenance, IR, short-term contracts and playground duties
  • Collaborative planning days
  • Staff recruitment (with DP SS-T&L and HOS)
  • Timetable development (with DP SS-T&L and HOS)
  • Enrolments (may be distributed to HOD T&L)
  • 7-12 reporting
  • 7-12 parent-teacher interviews

  • Year 10 class compositions
  • QCAA Principal's Delegate
    • Endorsement
    • Internal quality assurance
    • Study plan approval
    • Curriculum documentation
  • QCAA Principal's Delegate
    • Confirmation
    • Student Management Data Uploads
    • External assessment
    • Access Arrangements and Reasonable Adjustments
    • External assessment
    • Mock exams
  • VET & RTO management, Third Party Agreements
  • Sports Academy
  • Medical Training Program
  • Timetable development (with DP JS-T&L and HOS)
  • Staff recruitment (with DP JS-T&L and HOS)
