Our dedicated staff are passionate about unlocking each student's potential, providing personalised pathways that cater to their unique abilities and aspirations. As the Senior Secondary Deputy Principal, you will oversee all Year 11 and 12 students and maintain our consistent academic standing with our community and enable our students to achieve 100% QCE and enable our students to excel in their chosen careers and beyond.

About You

We are looking for a strategic and forward-thinking leader who is committed to student-centred learning and dedicated to unlocking the full potential of every student. At Bellbird Park, our staff take immense pride in the progress and success of our students, with strong, positive relationships forming the foundation of our commitment to individual growth. As part of a dynamic and motivated school community, the successful applicant will play a pivotal role in shaping curriculum delivery, enhancing pedagogical practices, and inspiring both staff and students.

Your Opportunity
