About Bay View State school
Bay View State school is a relatively new school in the Redlands and is part of the PPP program. Our school values a holistic education and seeks to met the needs of every student at their point of need.

About the Role
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Deputise for the Principal when required.
- Uphold the deputy principalship as a values based, ethical and moral activity.
- Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
- Set high standards for student and staff performance.
- Actively participate in lifelong learning and ongoing professional development.
