About the role:
As the Data Standards and Reporting Officer you will:
- Develop, implement and maintain information systems and databases for the capture, analysis and provision of accurate, reliable and appropriate data to meet Public Service Commission Conduct and Performance Excellence (CaPE) reporting requirements.
- Investigate and analyse data sets for the purpose of identifying and reporting on trends and issues related to business unit strategies and external reporting responsibilities.
Responsibilities include:
- Quality assure and analyse data sets submitted to central office from identified portfolios
- Maintain and update data collection tools
- Monitor, update and amend identified databases
- Human Resourcing processes
- Liaise with schools, as identified, with a focus on high level client service
- Actioning resource allocation to schools as directed by the Director Student Services.
