  • Veritas Education are looking for supply teachers for the start of the new term in January in East London, to help our clients with absences throughout the 2024 - 2025 school year.

Due to the shortage of experienced supply teachers across the UK and Ireland, we are seeking daily supply primary teachers to cover supply bookings throughout the academic year.

    Role Overview:

    Covering supply is a great way to secure regular and flexible teaching work, build relationships with schools in gain experience and get paid in the process. Upon registering with us, you will be able specify how many days a week you would like to work and how far you are willing to travel. If you are looking for an opportunity to teach in a variety of different nursery, infant and primary schools with children from three to eleven years of age, then Veritas Education would be delighted to hear from you!

    The pay range we're offering is between £160 and £210 per day depending on your experience. Veritas offer pay via PAYE or Umbrella Companies for daily supply primary teachers.

  • Requirements for Daily Supply Teachers to join us:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • The right to work in the UK
  • DBS (Refunded DBS once worked a set period)
  • Overseas police check if applicable
  • Experience teaching
  • You must be willing to attend a registration interview
  • The Office Location: Veritas is based in the City Centre of London and we work with over 2000 schools throughout London. Our aim is to keep you within a 45 minute journey from your home.
