Assisi Catholic College is a picturesque, master planned P – 12 co-educational college, administered by Brisbane Catholic Education with an approximate enrolment of 1500 students.

Some examples of your typical duties:

Daily organisation:

  • Allocate replacement staff to cover sick, PD or other timetable absences – P-12
  • Monitor Email - supervisions@
  • Manage Class cover, sourcing of relief teachers
  • Teacher - Meeting and onboarding Staff in partnership with Executive secretary
  • Teacher - Relief Staff Onboarding / Compliance/ Bulletins / Keys / Laptops with IT
  • WSS – leave tracker and timesheet coding for relief staff
  • Approval of teacher timesheets in WSS in conjunction with HOC
  • Timetabler – assist with construction and maintenance under direction of CLT
  • Timetabler - Exports for Library (Atomi, Readcloud etc)
  • Timetabler - Subject Selection / New and Leaving / Period Changes / Subject Changes / Publish to eMinerva / Publish to Daily Org. / Room Changes / Sports T1 - T4

Personal Assistant to the Heads of College (HOC)

  • Diary management - Appointments – staff and parents
  • Working closely with the Executive Secretary to ensure collaboration with Principal and HOC
  • High level Administration support
  • Organising book packs P-12
  • Screen calls from parents in the first instance
  • Event organisation support

 


To be eligible to be considered for this role you will:

  • hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement;
  • be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment; and
  • have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education.
