About the Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

  • Deliver pre-prepared lessons and ensure the smooth running of the classroom in the absence of the usual teacher.
  • Maintain a positive and productive learning environment.
  • Manage classroom behavior in accordance with school policies.
  • Support students with their learning during the lesson.

    • This role includes ad hoc emergency cover for schools and longer-term placements for those seeking more consistent full-time opportunities.

    What We're Looking For

  • Previous teaching or classroom management experience is desired.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Confidence to lead and manage a classroom effectively.
  • A genuine passion for working with young people and supporting their education.
