Location: Bradford Contract: Flexible - Full-time or Part-time, Ad Hoc Basis

Are you looking for a rewarding role in education? Our partner secondary school in Bradford is seeking Cover Supervisors to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with young people and supporting their learning in the classroom.

About the Role:

  • Supervise classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain on task.
  • Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
  • Provide feedback to teaching staff after lessons.

    • Who We're Looking For:

  • Qualified teachers (QTS) and unqualified candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.
  • Ability to engage and motivate students.
  • Previous experience in education or working with young people is desirable but not essential.
