Our specialist education agency is currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to work across a range of secondary schools in Dartford and Kent. Whether you're an experienced educator, a recent graduate considering a career in teaching, or someone with strong classroom management skills, we want to hear from you!

About the Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

  • Supervise classes during teacher absences

  • Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials

  • Manage classroom behaviour following school policies

  • Support students to stay engaged and on task

  • Work across a variety of subjects and year groups

    • This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on school experience, build your confidence in the classroom, and make a positive impact on students' learning.

    What We're Looking For

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • A confident, professional manner

  • Ability to manage behaviour and engage students

  • Prior school experience is beneficial but not essential

  • Educated to degree level (preferred) or strong relevant experience

  • Flexibility to travel to schools across Dartford and Kent
