We are currently seeking passionate and experienced General Cover Supervisors to join our dynamic team and assist our partner schools in the Bradford area.

Role Overview:As a General Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of regular teaching staff. Your responsibilities will include supervising classes, managing student behavior, and facilitating engaging learning activities. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to make a positive impact in schools while enjoying the flexibility of long-term or ad-hoc assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise classes in the absence of the teacher, ensuring a productive learning environment.- Manage student behavior in accordance with school policies.- Support students in their learning and encourage their participation.- Implement pre-prepared lesson plans and adapt them as necessary.- Provide feedback to teachers on student progress and classroom dynamics.

Requirements:

- Previous teaching or relevant classroom experience is essential.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong classroom management abilities.- Enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance is required.- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of different schools and students.
