About the Role:

As the Corporate Services supporting the Manager Guidance Services, you will be required to deliver high quality administrative support to support a large and diverse workforce of senior guidance officers and guidance officers within south east region. Dedicated knowledge and experience managing specific operational needs of human resource management is highly desirable.
As the Corporate Services Officer you will:
- Undertake business, data management and corporate service activities to achieve the outcomes of the business unit.
- Provide administrative services across the business unit and participate in the implementation of regional priorities and initiatives.
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide support with the delivery of human resources including recruitment and selection, induction and separation, in consultation with schools.
- Provide support with the delivery of financial activities, including procurement, purchasing, grants allocation and budget expenditure.
- Assist in the planning and implementation of regional priorities and initiatives that support the streams of work within the business unit.
- Coordinate, administer and support communication activities associated with regional priorities and initiatives.
- Manage the preparation and dissemination of reports, spreadsheets, presentations, planning documentation and correspondence.
- Undertake a variety of committee support activities, including providing support for meetings and preparing agendas, papers and minutes.
- Develop, maintain and enhance administrative systems, processes and procedures, including records management.
- Communicate confidently with internal and external stakeholders, structuring written and oral communication to ensure clarity, and respond to all enquiries in a courteous manner and within appropriate timelines.
- Manage and monitor email addresses and calendars for the business unit.
