About the Role:

As the Corporate Services Officer within our customer focused regional support team, you will have the opportunity to work directly with our senior corporate service officers, infrastructure advisors, schools and regional staff members by providing administrative services across the range of, financial, human resource, infrastructure asset and information management functions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing financial and operational support on a range of infrastructure, asset management services.
  • Assisting Regional Senior Corporate Service Officers by providing financial support and advice in relation to asset management functions and administration roles.
  • Coordinating, preparing and processing approved invoices in SAP.
  • Administering, creating and maintaining procurement actions including purchase orders, accounts (payable and receivable) and relevant documentation storage and electronic filing
  • Providing reports and monitoring project budgets
  • Maintaining and enhancing administrative systems and processes to maximise the effectiveness of services.
  • Maintaining and updating of departmental systems and applications for the delivery of Infrastructure Services in particular SAP modules relating to Plant Maintenance, Asset Management and Finance and Project Management.
