About the Role
The Director of Student Growth is a vital member of the College Leadership Team, working closely with the Principal to guide collaborative decision-making, strategic planning, and evaluation. This leadership role drives the implementation of key initiatives, monitors progress, and ensures continuous improvement across the College. By championing professional development and utilising data-driven strategies, the Director plays a pivotal role in enhancing school performance and maximising student success.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Teaching or Master of Teaching.
- Working with Children’s Check (WWCC) registrations.
- NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) accreditation.
- Academic qualifications in addition to Initial Teacher Education (Master’s Degree or five-year equivalent).
