The successful candidate will work as part of the school well being team, supporting enrolments in the school (particularly those from a EALD background).
Position is partly funded through Community Hubs Australia and implementation is supported by Communify.
There is an established network of the co-ordinators from other Brisbane Hubs.
Responsibilities include:
- Facilitation of playgroup two days a week.
- Liasing with external providers and continue established relationships - e.g. TAFE (English classes), sewing classes, OZ Harvest, Multicultural Australia, Metro South Health.
- Working collaboratively with the school well being team.
